    Michelle Wright has 25+ years of leadership and advisory experience spanning both provider and payor organizations. She served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Product Executive for the largest health insurer in the mid-Atlantic and, during her tenure, supported significant provider operations.

    As an EBG Advisor, Michelle partners closely with provider organizations, bringing both payor and provider perspectives to executive-level challenges. She also serves in interim and fractional leadership roles—including CHRO, Chief of Staff, and Chief of Medical Staff Services—helping organizations stabilize during transitions, close compliance gaps, and support growth initiatives. Michelle is also a board member for several organizations, including a multi-state behavioral health provider.

    Her background includes organizational change, medical staff management, mergers and integration, value-based care, and governance—experience she leverages to help leadership teams align product, care delivery, and workforce strategies.
