    Laurie Bouzarelos, MHA, CPC is the founder of Provider Solutions Consulting, a niche health care consulting firm offering expertise, leadership, and data-driven strategies to improve the viability of physician-owned private practices. Laurie's client work focuses on improving payer contracts, identifying revenue cycle shortfalls and implementing workflow and software solutions to maximize revenue for small and mid-market health care businesses. Laurie has over 25 years of diverse experience including managed care contracting in both the physician practice and hospital settings, planning and business development, revenue cycle optimization, chart review and physician coding education. Laurie has a history of successful engagements with psychiatrists and mental health providers in the private office, intensive outpatient program and hospital settings founded on improving provider documentation, coding accuracy and education.
